Immunization Clinic

The Township offers Immunization clinics monthly ranging from infants as young as 1 month of age to our senior population.  This service is offered to all residents with no insurance or who are under-insured.  The clinic partners with the Illinois Department of Public Health VFC program and the I-Care statewide tracking database.   All vaccines for children 18 years of age or younger are supplied by the VFC program and tracked through the I-Care database.   This partnership offers all patients the option of going to any clinic or doctor statewide and having their immunizations records and physicals accessible.  This program saves the Township and State thousands of dollars in unneeded immunizations and proper tracking of vaccines.  Vaccines for residents 19 yrs of age or older are purchased by the Township and offered to residents at the monthly Immunization Clinics for a minimal fee.  In addition to the monthly immunization clinics we offer flu shots daily in the month of October and have ongoing Zostavax (Shingles) clinics for our senior population.
